With a strong eye for detail and a passion for thoughtful design, she ensures every home reflects Craft Living’s commitment to quality, liveability, and contemporary architecture. Her focus is on creating spaces that not only look beautiful but also feel welcoming and practical for everyday living.

Alongside her design leadership, Vanessa manages the operational side of the business, ensuring every project delivers an exceptional experience from concept through to completion.

Michael Mi

Development Manager

As Development Manager, Michael Mi is responsible for bringing each Craft Living project to life.

He oversees the planning, construction, and delivery of every development, ensuring projects remain on programme, on budget, and are completed to the high standards Craft Living is known for.

Working closely with architects, engineers, consultants, builders, and contractors, Michael coordinates every stage of the development process, proactively managing timelines, quality, and project execution. His hands-on approach and attention to detail ensure each home is delivered with precision and care.

Michael’s practical experience, combined with his commitment to quality craftsmanship, provides confidence that every Craft Living home is built to last.
